Most survivors of suicide loss find the loss of a loved one to suicide the most intense and difficult experience of their lives. It doesn’t make sense and you may feel a lot of emotions- including shock and disbelief. Many people have walked this difficult path. Eventually meaning and happiness can and will return into the lives of those affected by suicide. Below are resources to support and guide you through this difficult time.
