STD Testing and Treatment

STD Testing and Treatment

STD’s (Sexually transmitted diseases) or sexually transmitted infections (STI’s) are passed from one person to another through sexual activity including vaginal, oral, and anal sex.

STD’s (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) are very common. STD’s don’t always cause symptoms or may only cause mild symptoms. It is possible for you to have an infection and not know it. If you are having sex, get tested! Getting tested, knowing your treatment options, and learning ways to prevent STD’s will help keep you (and your partners) healthy.

We offer testing and treatment for the following STD’s:
  • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhea
  • Trichomoniasis
  • Genital Warts
  • Herpes
  • Syphilis
  • HIV/AIDs
  • Other less common infections

Cost

STD testing and treatment are available to all of our clients. Fees for these services can vary if based on income, family size, and if you’re trying to prevent or plan for pregnancy. If you have more questions regarding fees or how to pay for services please contact your local Public Health Office.
