Would You Like FREE Diapers & Wipes for Your Baby?
Are you ready to quit tobacco NOW? If so, the I Quit Program is for you! This program will provide diapers and wipes to participants during visits with a tobacco cessation educator.
- Pregnant women
- Postpartum mothers/fathers with a child under one year of age
- Individuals who smoke and live at the same address as the mother and/or father with a child under one year of age
Program Requirements:
Eligible participants will attend monthly or every-other-month visits with a tobacco cessation educator. Visits will last 20-30 minutes. During the visit, participants receive information and support to continue their efforts to be tobacco-free. Participants will also be tested for nicotine. If a participant is nicotine free, they will receive a FREE case of diapers and 3 packages of wipes.
Eligible participants may visit up to 7 times, and will receive diapers and wipes for every visit if they test nicotine-free. This is approximately a $300 value!!!
*Tobacco refers to smoking, vaping (including non-nicotine vaping), and chewing tobacco.
