Monitoring Respiratory Illnesses in the Community
Respiratory illnesses such as influenza, RSV, pertussis, and COVID-19 affect people in Southeastern Idaho each year and can lead to serious illness, hospitalization, and death. SIPH collects and analyzes community data to monitor illness trends, identify sources of infection, and guide prevention efforts.
