According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, IQ Produce of Vernon, California is recalling 528 cases of Enoki Mushrooms 150g because the product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The recalled mushrooms were distributed through retail stores. The package has a green label and is labeled as IQ Produce Enoki Mushroom 150g, Lot #UI775.
No illnesses have been reported to date. The recall was initiated after a product sample taken by the FDA was found to be positive for Listeria monocytogenes.

Consumers who purchased the recalled IQ Produce Enoki Mushrooms are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
