Fit & Fall Proof
Southeastern Idaho Public Health’s Fit & Fall Proof program helps older adults improve strength, balance, and flexibility to prevent falls and stay active, independent, and healthy.
What does this program do?
- The Fit & Fall Proof® exercise class focuses on improving strength, balance, and flexibility to prevent falls
- Volunteer class leaders complete training to teach 10-week sessions twice a week for at least 45 minutes
- Participants use resistance bands as part of their exercise routines
